一．适用：

本产品适用于棉布，针织布，平织布等转印植绒，烫金工艺上起到隔离作用。（双组份）

二．外观及组成：

水、特殊硅树脂聚合物。透明浆状。

三．特性：

抗粘，防粘，防污，永不泛白，干爽，耐水性好，隔离效果好,环保隔离浆由主体浆和助剂两部分组成,非离子性。

四．使用方法：

添加2%的助剂充分搅拌均匀后使用；

主体浆和助剂调制好后,须4小时内用完,否则将会自然分解；

调制好的隔离浆用100—140目的网板印到需隔离的图案上（印1—2次）；

印好的图案风干、晾干（约6小时）后再进行植绒或者烫金。

Adding 2% of auxiliaries stir evenly and mildly to use;

After modulating the main paste and auxiliaries, should be run out within 4jours,otherwise it will decomposes naturally;

The modulated isolation paste should use 100or 140 mesh screen to print on the pattern which need to isolate(print 1-2times);

The printed pattern should be air-dry(about 6 hours) and then flocking or gold stamping.
