产品简介
KDFA-02采用全氟己基乙基丙烯酸酯作为含氟单体制备的环保织物整理剂。产品不含PDOA,且在使用中也不会分解出PDOA，因此具有良好的安全性。

1.KDFA-02赋予织物优异的防水防油效果及耐洗性能。
2.KDFA-02适用于天然纤维，化学纤维和混纺织物。
3.KDFA-02 具有自交链性能，在高温下处理时可产生拒水拒油薄膜，不影响织物手感，优异的耐洗牢度。
4.KDFA-02良好的加工相容性，可与防紫外线，阻燃，抗菌整理等助剂同浴使用。
5.KDFA-02具有良好的使用效果，对织物的白度，色光，强力，手感和吸湿透气性无不良影响。
6.KDFA-02无毒，安全，对皮肤无刺激性，无需使用含有甲醛的交联剂。

使用方法
KDFA-02 通常用于浸轧法,具体用量，用法需根据织物的品种，密度，克重而定，以下为参考工艺。
1.纯棉织物
用量：     15-50g/l 
工艺流程：浸轧（浸轧率：60-70%）→干燥（100℃×2~3min）→培烘（170℃×1min）
2.涤纶织物 
用量：        10-30g/ml
工艺流程：浸轧（浸轧率：60-70%）→干燥（110℃×2~3min）→培烘（170℃×1min）
3.晴纶织物   
用量：        10-40g/ml
工艺流程：浸轧（浸轧率：60-70%）→干燥（110℃×1~2min）→培烘（170℃×1min）
4.涤/棉混纺织物  
用量：        20-50g/ml
工艺流程：浸轧（浸轧率：60-70%）→干燥（110℃×2~3min）→培烘（170℃×1min）

 Product Info
KDFA-02 is a Finishing agent which produced by full Fluorine monomers.Not contain also will not decompose PDOA during using as well.Good Safety.

5. KDFA-02 Good apply result.Not effect the whiteness, shade,strength,handle,breathable and moisture ability of fabric.
6.KDFA-02 Nontoxicity,Safety,No irritants on skin,No need Formaldehyde Crosslinking agent.

Application
KDFA-02 Use to use in Padding,the actual dosage should be according to the variety,density,weight of fabric.bellow was the suggestion for application:

1.Pure cutton
Dosage   15-50g/l  
Application process:
Padding (Padding rate 60-70% ) →Predrying（100℃×2~3min）→Baking（170℃×1min）

2.Polyester Fibre
Dosage        10-30g/ml
Application process:
Padding (Padding rate 60-70% ) →Predrying（110℃×2~3min）→Baking（170℃×1min）

3.Acrylic Fibre
Dosage        10-40g/ml
Application:process:Padding(Padding rate 60-70% ) →Predrying（110℃×1~2min）→Baking（170℃×1min）

4.Polyester/Cotton blending Fibre
Dosage        20-50g/ml
Application process:
Padding (Padding rate 60-70% ) →Predrying（110℃×2~3min）→Baking（170℃×1min）
