本品是一种具有热熔性能的水性浆料,属阴离子型,在织物上可起到自然交联作用,可用于任何纺织品烫金印花。
This product is a kind of water-based paste which has hot-melting performance. It belongs to negative ion type; it has natural crosslinking function on fabrics and can be used in gilding and printing of any textile.

The fabrics which are printed by the hot gilding paste of our company are soft and washable with good fastness; they are also very elastic. This product has good stability and it is the ideal nontoxic product with environmental protection for fabric printing.

使用烫金浆操作工艺简易,操作流程与胶浆相似,烫金工艺主要在压烫时注意几点细节:
The operation craft of gilding paste is simple. The operation flow is similar with that of glue paste. In pressing process, gilding craft has some details which need to be in your attention:
1、 完美的烫金效果主要取决于温度
1. Perfect gilding effect mainly depends on temperature.
2、 压力和烫金速度之间互相配合的水平。
2. The mutual cooperation level of pressure and gilding speed.
因此要控制烫金质量,应掌握好合理的烫金温度,烫金压力和烫金速度,一般来说,电热温度应控制在70℃-180℃之间,烫印面积较大的电热温度相对要高些,同时各种型号烫金纸(电化铝)适合的烫印温度也不同,所以许多工艺方面还需根据实际现场调试。
Therefore, if you want to control gilding quality, you should master reasonable gilding speed, gilding pressure and gilding temperature. Generally speaking, electric-heating temperature should be controlled in the scope of 70℃-180℃. If printing area is large, electric-heating temperature should be relatively high. At the same time, printing temperature of types of gilding paper(electrochemical aluminum) is different. Therefore, many crafts need to be adjusted according to actual site.
注意:热烫金浆印制完之后,浆越干越易压烫。
Attention: After hot gilding pastes are printed, the drier of the pastes, the easier of the printing.
