Printing process

1. Mixing water paste, pigment and stirring them evenly

2. Printing for 1-2 times

3. Drying in room temperature or baking for 1~3 minutes under 150~180℃to dry it fast.

4. Finish.

水浆+色浆（不超过8%）

工艺流程

1. 丝网选用80-100目，用丝印硬方刀75度刮印1-2次.

2. 24-48小时自然干燥，或150度烘烤1-3分钟，150度压烫10～15秒

注意事项

1. 添加1% WL-6002固化剂可以将牢固度提升１～2倍

2.无手感固浆打仿活性水浆的顺序一定要正确：先称好水的重量 开机 加乳化3%-5%比拌 均匀之后开始加固浆15%-20%的比拌 均匀之后再加增稠打好之后再加汽油或印花水  到用的时候再加色浆和固化剂

3.加了固化剂 的浆必须在6个小时之内用完，不然会影响手感和牢度，如果加多还会裂开

4.加了色浆没用完要盖好盖子 避免表层结皮
