环保珍珠浆

一、产品性能：本产品是由特殊树脂聚合成的高档金色金属体产品，适应各种棉布、TC布料印花。

二、产品特点：高光泽度、不氧化、不变暗、手感柔软、不粘手、耐水洗、本产品可以加入各种颜色调配             出所需的色剂。

三、工艺流程：印花→2-3次透明糊打底→印珍珠浆，自然干燥→过烘道130℃ 2分钟，完全干透后可通过             60℃洗水 2小时，2次以上

四、注意事项：1、为了提高产品的牢度，可加入1%的催化剂，8小时内使用完，以免助剂水解失效。

                         2、为了使手感更柔软，用高弹力透明浆打底。

                         3、该产品自身无弹力，打底必须平整，以免影响效果平整度。
